A WATERFRONT house in Breakfast Point has smashed the suburb record, selling for $7.38 million.
The five-bedroom house at 97A Peninsula Drive is situated in the most exclusive part of the Breakfast Point community and has views across to the Harbour Bridge and city skyline.
The house previously sold just three years ago for $6.728 million which was the previous suburb record.
Occupying a 607 sqm block, the house has French oak timber flooring, woollen carpet throughout and a main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and balcony.
The area is very tightly held with just nine house sales over the past 12 months.
The house was sold by Diana Wong and Ken Ge of Dragon Australia Pty Ltd.
